CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Simply email us as soon as possible and we'll take care of the rest.

Once your order has been dispatched, our return policy below applies.

 

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In their original packaging

Simply email us to request a return. Once approved, you'll have 14 days to send the item back.

 

Please note: For hygiene reasons, socks and other personal-wear items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, or used. Items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

 

SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

We're sorry about that.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We'll notify you by email as soon as your refund has been processed.

 

DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
