Every order is packed with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about getting your MileTheory order to you.
Order Journey

Order placed — You will receive an email confirmation shortly after checkout.

Packed & dispatched — Your order is prepared within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Delivered to your door — Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, such as holidays, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will let you know if there is a notable delay.
Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at support@miletheory.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.
Delivery Timeframe
All timeframes are from the date of dispatch and exclude processing time.
Worldwide delivery — 4–8 business days
All orders are tracked. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, incorrect address details, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
No tracking email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@miletheory.com with your order number and we will resend it.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs clearance may occasionally affect delivery timing. This is outside our control.
We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Your Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
We can ship to PO boxes where carrier service allows. For some international orders, a physical street address may be required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Issues
Lost in transit — If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Damaged in transit — Email us at support@miletheory.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and help make it right.
Marked as delivered but not received — Check with neighbors, household members, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and any safe drop locations first. If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
