Pricing — Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Colors & appearance — Product colors, packaging, fabric texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or device display differences.
Sizing & fit — Size charts and product fit guidance are provided to help you choose the best size, but fit may vary depending on foot shape, shoe type, activity level, and personal preference. You are responsible for reviewing the size guide before placing an order.
Promotional offers — Discount codes, bundles, and promotions may be subject to separate terms. Promotions cannot be combined unless we clearly state otherwise. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from MileTheory. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order where necessary.
Order confirmation — An order confirmation email means we have received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance. If we need to cancel your order, we will notify you and issue any applicable refund.
Payment — Full payment is required at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment systems and related payment providers.
Cancellations — You may request to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Fraud prevention — We may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with our fraud prevention checks.
Shipping
Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location, carrier handling, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, incorrect addresses, payment verification, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your country.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused, unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks and other personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your location, including any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or product-quality rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Product Use & Performance Disclaimer
MileTheory products are designed for everyday wear, walking, running, hiking, training, travel, and other general activity use, depending on the product description.
Product descriptions, comfort claims, performance statements, blister-prevention language, moisture-wicking references, and activity-related benefits are provided for general informational purposes. Results may vary depending on fit, footwear, activity type, skin sensitivity, foot shape, climate, duration of use, and individual conditions.
Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have diabetes, circulation issues, foot injuries, skin conditions, severe blistering, neuropathy, or any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using new footwear, socks, or activity gear.
Always choose the correct size and use products as directed. We are not responsible for discomfort, irritation, injury, or undesired results caused by improper sizing, misuse, failure to follow instructions, known sensitivities, or use inconsistent with product guidance.
