Yes. The insoles have a unisex design. Select the EU size range containing your regular shoe size and trim them if necessary.

Choose from EU 35–36, 37–38, 39–40, 41–42, 43–44 or 45–46. If your size falls between two ranges, choose the larger option and trim gradually for the best fit.

Remove your shoe’s existing removable insole and use it as a template. Trace its shape onto the new insole, trim a small amount at a time and test the fit before cutting further.

They are compatible with many sneakers, walking shoes, casual shoes and work shoes. For the best fit, use footwear with removable insoles and enough internal space.
